After a disappointing start, we're finally up and running with this tablet. Apparently there is a problem if you have AMD Raedeon drivers installed on your computer. They just leave the tablet screen showing static/snow, like an old-fashioned TV. The fix is on the AMD website. We simply switched to another laptop with an Intel Pentum processor and the problem was resolved. It works great and my daughter loves it. There was even a painting glove. Since this is a known issue, Huion should either make customers aware of the AMD issue or include a fix in the introductory guide. The lack of a troubleshooting guide in the box was frustrating. We're fortunate to have a few laptops available, but that's not the case for many who have to find a solution themselves. Solve this problem and the device will definitely get 5 stars. The display is beautiful, the tablet is robust and well made. It has 10 hotkeys, which is very convenient. This kit came with a stand, 3 different connection cables and a socket in the box. This is a great price and it arrives a full day early. Kudos to Revain on that one. You can even easily switch viewing tools from right to left. It's a good tablet if you don't count the issues with AMD.
