I am very pleased with these assembly inserts but I must warn you the instructions are lame. When installing the larger insert, ensure that the notch faces the rear of the vehicle (ie, the notch faces away from the smaller insert). Then when you reinstall the motor mount, install it so the notch is pointing up rather than down toward the floor. There is also a metal bracket on the gearbox that holds the bolt going through the motor mount in place. It has two screws, not counting the motor mounting screw itself. Remove the bracket so it's a lot easier than I tried to remove and reinstall the bracket. Overall a great product, just below standard instructions.
