These are the best pair of shoes that i've owned and i've tried a lot of the big name hiking shoes. They hold up better and the comfort/arch support is superior to others. I wore my last pair of Oboz about 2-3 years, every day and they still look good but i wanted to convert them to my outdoor work shoes so i bought an identical pair to wear to work, etc. I've never bought the same shoe twice so that says something. I hope they keep making these because I honestly don't know that i would buy any other shoe to fill the role that these serve. They are that good. The break-in period takes a bit but well worth it.
