This is exactly what I need for my truck
I have a hard top for my F150 and was looking for a way to make sure it was locked every time I locked the door. It worked. Make sure the lock on your truck is the correct type that will work with this kit. Not sure if it's made for hard caps or lids, but it works for me. Pros - Easy to install on the lock and works flawlessly. Cons - The color of the wires changes depending on the year of manufacture, so you'll have to spend some time testing before finding the right wires to connect to.
