Helped my son with his foot pain

I bought this for my son since he is complaining about his foot pain after basketball games. I bought size L to fit in his 10.5 shoes. No issues to put them in. He said he is much better after I put these inserts in his shoes. It gave him more cushion and reduced his foot pain after the long game. BTW, he has higher foot arch.

Pros

They are a non-invasive and non-surgical solution to foot problems

Cons

The insoles may not be effective for individuals with foot problems caused by muscle imbalances or weakness
