These insoles are the best ones I have used so far. They are very stiff and provide great arch support. However, they are not so rigid that they are uncomfortable. I wear these in a pair of work boots everyday and I like them so much that I want to get a pair for each pair of shoes that I own. The reason that I originally got these is because of the way the treads on my boot soles have been wearing down. The inside of my boots so, near the ball of my foot, where's down way more than the outside

i put these in all of my shoes and sneakers. i am old man and not long ago i looked down at my feet in the shower and noticed i seemed to be walking on my ankle with my foot pushed clear to the side. i diagnosed myself with fallen arches by reading amazon information and reviews and they must have been right because these inserts make a world of difference. and i am hard to please!

When I first put these in my shoes, it seemed like they were WAY too high for my fallen arches. However, after a 35 minute walk, they fit and support my long, picky feet very well, and I had not foot paint he next day. This is really exciting because the one drawback to starting my new fitness routine has been the foot pain. These arch supports do the trick so I don't have to wear super heavy shoes with massive amounts of support, and they don't over correct.

Absolutely worthless. The "arch" just flattened out as soon as I stepped on it. It did not do anything for my flat feet and did nothing to neutralize my knock knee stance which is what im looking for. If you need hardcore arch and stance correction, this overcooked noodle will provide nothing. 2 stars because the bed is soft and "comfortable"

I am so thrilled with these insoles, I bought 2 of them and I am very happy I did! I went undiagnosed with flat feet for a long time and this is pretty much the only insole that has been effective for knee, ankle, and foot pain that also doesn't make my feet ache. The fit is perfect. Thank you for an amazing product and for making it affordable

I'm a big guy who started suffering foot pain. Needed support and among the three or four different brands, these are my favorite - and the others were much more expensive. Good support but not crazy stiff. Also a pleasant amount of padding. Will buy a few more pairs for sure. These are best if you have a low or moderate arch as I do.

Instead of buying really expensive and oftentimes unattractive shoes to solve my overpronation problem, I am using and loving these insoles! Ankle and knee pain gone! Ordering a second set so I don’t have to move them shoe to shoe so frequently. Well made!

These are lasting a long time compared to others I have tried. I have flat feet and these have helped to reduce pain. Although you have to endure quite a bit in the calves getting use to them.

My guy is always complaining about how his feet hurt after work. We went to the dr and he found out he had plantars plantar fasciitis and would need some inserts for his shoes. I found these! I will say they help so much for his long days at work. These are super easy to use cut to fit the shoes. Place inside shoes and use. These also make it so his feet do not sweat as much. Not sure how that works, but less stinky feet is always a good thing.Includes one pair of inserts.

I have yet to use these inserts. I liked the orthoheel for my pronation issues. I am hopping this different company product will be as grand as the orthoheel.

These actually work to relieve plantar issues.not completely but definitely helps.night and day difference with/without them

I normally use medically prescribed orthotics, and had to send them out to get refurbished. So, I needed a temporary replacement while waiting for them. Wow, these are amazing! They offer the same stability and support as my medically prescribed ones. They are great for my flat over-pronated feet.

Great arch support, comfortable, and not too thick so shoe is not tight with them in.I often buy shoes based on their arch support, not how much I like them, because I have flat feet. As a physical therapist, I am on my feet most of the day. From a personal and clinical perspective, these provide great arch support.

These just arrived. I replaced a "new" pair of gel insoles with these to see how well they work. They feel just like new shoes used to feel when I was a kid. The arch support is.severe. I expect my arches to hurt for a few days while they get used to these insoles. After that, I suspect my feet will feel fine. The heel support in these is better than the gels. There is almost no toe cushioning in these. Tomorrow I have to be on my feet a lot. It will be a good test of them. Just in case

I bought this for my son since he is complaining about his foot pain after basketball games. I bought size L to fit in his 10.5 shoes. No issues to put them in. He said he is much better after I put these inserts in his shoes. It gave him more cushion and reduced his foot pain after the long game. BTW, he has higher foot arch.

I had gotten PF and the dr had me buy some of these from him, which coast me $60! These are the same and much cheaper - they've completely helped me get rid of PF - gonna buy more!

I just got a pair of these and tried them out. 1st thing I noticed was the arch support. They have good arch support. Not much cushion though. A bit more would be nice. I guess I want the best of both worlds.

These are too thick to fit comfortably in any of my shoes. I was trying to use them in my flats, but the tops of my feet are pushed into the tops of the shoes way too much from the extra height of the cushion.

The ORANGE insole is a little thinner & more flexible than the GREEN insole. My experience has been that the sizing runs the same, but the GREEN insole is significantly firmer & less bendy. If you click the different colors and read the complete product descriptions further down the page, you get a little more info but not a sense of how different they feel. OMG! these are the best things I have ever bought for my feet! I have spent so much money on products that either did not work or were just ok. these inserts are awesome! If your thinking about buying a pair do it. you wont regret it!
