This is a VCR. Nuff said
Works. The picture quality corresponds to what I expect from a video recorder in this price range. I only bought this unit to convert my dad's old VHS tapes to DVD for him. He has a lot of really old westerns and comedies that don't exist on DVD so we're converting them so he can donate the tapes to the Purple Heart charity.
