While I've generally had very good experiences with Samsung monitors and televisions, this was definitely an exception. I would not recommend this monitor. The stand is broken. In particular, the problem concerns the connection between the base and the vertical part of the stand. There is only one screw connecting the two and it doesn't work. It doesn't go all the way in and doesn't secure the base tightly. I didn't manage to tighten the screw. I used glue instead, which probably didn't work. I should probably return the monitor and I would if it was a personal purchase and not an office purchase. The screen itself is good but not excellent (not bad enough to send it all back). There are clear signs of wear on the edges.
