I like that P4 is able to connect with our customers (our end users) through web-based services or mobile apps in their language of choice - so they can interact easily without needing any special training! It also integrates well into Salesforce which has been critical as we are an Onboarding system first business solving new customer relationships from day one rather than trying to implement later when it’s hard enough just keeping up with existing ones!! We have realized significant time savings by not having people go back & forth between different systems/tools during onboarding process allowing us focus exclusively on providing great support once someone signs up.
