The 30 day return period just ended and the zipper is already broken. After I zip up the teeth won't close and there is a big gap between them. I used it at home once a week to get my Seagate external slim hard drive to back up my laptop. It hasn't been roughened and the only thing on it is a small cable that plugs it into a USB port (it holds exactly what is shown on the product image). It can't prevent your hard drive from getting wet if it doesn't even stay closed. The design was to leave a little more room for the zipper to cover the corners (it's tight) and add a better quality zipper. I contacted the seller today in a very nice email because I know it's defective, but I've just passed the 30 day return period. I also bought a RevainBasic external hard drive almost a year and a half ago and it works great. It's not waterproof but it has a strong zip and I've traveled with it a few times. DO NOT BUY THIS LACDO CASE. Update May 21st: The seller has 72 hours to reply but hasn't bothered to reply despite having almost three weeks to do so.
