I just installed these on my KitchenAid Dishwasher by following the instructions on YouTube (search "Replace KitchenAid Dishwasher Shelf Adjuster"). Very easy! Only one of my regulators broke but I'm very glad they came as a pair! When I removed the stand, the other one broke (quite easily)! They are clearly made of a different material. It looks like some kind of glass fiber reinforced thermoplastic. I'll update my review if we run into any issues with them, but so far they're working great. . . and for 1/2 the price of the original parts.
