The ability for our team members to track each step from creating an inquiry through receiving contract approval/disapproval was very useful as it allowed us to keep tabs on their progress at all times without having to check with them every few days or weeks. I didn't like that we couldn't have access to any information about what they were doing once there. We did not receive updates when someone submitted quotes (or had their bid accepted), nor could we see if they received notification emails regarding status changes which would allow us to follow up quickly should something go wrong. Also, being able to create new proposals within minutes rather than hours saved time spent searching for contracts.
