I have been using this product for six years. The main functions - simple network without VLAN, PoE for some devices - worked reliably. Unfortunately, the high-end features have never been very reliable. The control screens for VLAN setup, routing, etc. are clunky. Worse, individual ports can get stuck in an unusable state (e.g. trying to remove them from VLAN 1 by default). Sometimes when you do something like install, reset, install, reset, . will eventually put the port in good operating condition. In some cases, peer ports with similar configurations work randomly or fail. The functionality to save and restore configurations never worked properly. So get ready for a factory reset and an iterative fresh start!
