I received this item as a gift. First, it doesn't look like Gray. It appears to be brown and rose gold. I love the quality of the zipper and I love the material that matches my stroller. The bag comes with a changing table, which I liked. The cradle pulled out easily and was back within a minute the first time. After 3 attempts everything was fine. I would say that this is a very small space for storing children's things. You won't be able to pack a full bag. Some diapers, milk and a bib/burp cloth and possibly a change of clothes and a toy. If you are a good packer, you can pack more. Good quality, strong straps, just didn't feel very roomy to me. And I didn't like the color, didn't look gray. It was a gift I received so I'm grateful.
