Seriously?! The first one I ordered broke down within the first 24 hours. I sent it back for a replacement. I just unpacked the replacement unit and it has this damage. I'm frustrated Update: It crashed. My dog is about 20 pounds and one side of the stand just ripped off. Particle board is soft, flaky and crap. this thing sucks
