Chain mail great improvement
The chain mail itself is a good scraper that does not rub off. The silicone allows you to use it while the pan is still hot/warm, making it a little easier to remove something chewy. Works best if you move it parallel to the long side. It seems better at grabbing stuck food that way. It still takes a bit of fat, but it's better than using salt and towels. Rinses off very easily as you would expect.
