My boyfriend snores so load and I saw this on sharktank so I thought I'd give it a try. I've tried ear plugs and nothing seems to work. This was comfortable for him and definitely helped but was not a 100% fix. Another problem was that it seemed to fall out in the middle of the night. Overall helpful!
