The product is good, there are only a few minor flaws.

Works well stable, without jerks.
Pros below:
Easy to install if replacing the old one with the new one in the same dimensions
Some cons:
Not as quiet as I first thought. I got used to it as I worked. It doesn't seem to make much noise
