The speed of response from our Account Manager was excellent - we had an issue with one of their products which they were able to resolve quickly! I would like more flexibility in terms of adding new features without needing additional support costs (i.e., it's good but not great). We're solving problems relating to time-to-market by providing digital solutions across multiple channels including web & desktop apps as well as native iOS/Android applications. This has been very beneficial because there are fewer barriers between us and potential clients than when using traditional methods such as cold calling or visiting them at events / conferences etc. Our product development team uses this solution daily so have no issues here. It helps me manage my day-to-day activities better since everything can be done remotely via email.It also allows me to work independently if required.I find it easy to.
