Not sticky at all for my opinion
One side is supposed to have adhesive on it and it doesn't , don't buy this. The yellow covering which is supposed to over adhesive isn't even sticking so you know that there is no adhesive.

- If not properly installed, foam insulation tape can actually trap moisture and lead to mold growth
