Casters and mounting hardware are actually much better than I expected for the price. The steel is heavy enough but I doubt the £400 rating because the welds don't look that great (not bad, but not great) and as others have pointed out there are only about 3 full threads in the caster roll plates. Screws that attach them to the thread. My load is less than 200 pounds. so i'm not worried. Since the hardware is painted quite nicely, there is quite a bit of paint on the carvings. Before attempting assembly, I used one of the extra screws and ran it through the threads with a small drop of oil to clean the paint. You'll have to twist it in and out a bit to avoid snagging the screw in the threads. This worked fine, but I still came back with another unused screw and re-threaded it through all the holes to be sure. Aside from my doubts about the weight, this is a very well made product.
