these have truly made my long days better and my feet and back are so impressed I .

I am a nurse & i'm on my feet 12 hours a day, I have flat feet and needed arch support. I bought a pair of memory foam shoes and added these into them and my feet are on clouds all day, these have truly made my long days better and my feet and back are so impressed I purchased 3 more inserts.
