these have truly made my long days better and my feet and back are so impressed I .

I am a nurse & i'm on my feet 12 hours a day, I have flat feet and needed arch support. I bought a pair of memory foam shoes and added these into them and my feet are on clouds all day, these have truly made my long days better and my feet and back are so impressed I purchased 3 more inserts.

Best ever insole - my new review

I have a lot of problems with my feet,this is insole supports the three points of your foot,heel,arch,and most importantly at the pad under your toes.noOne offers this kind of support. I have 4 pairs and will by another.

Meh at best in my review

Honestly not worth the money if you're going to be on your feet all day. I figured I'd give them a shot based on reviews being pretty good. But I think you're better with some Dr. Scholls. My feet still ache at the end of the day. Not enough support & cushion for the price!

Great for sweaty feet!

These are the first inserts I've ever used that actually are useful for sweaty feet. They are comfortable and support your feet. Soft and instead of getting all yucky from sweaty feet they just absorb it and go on. I wear slip on shoes without socks and most of the time my shoes have to sit for a couple days before I can wear them again. Not with these in there. I wear 9 1/2 and didn't have to cut these to fit. Got two more pair for my other shoes.

Dont Exoect Lasting Support

The support foam does not stay supportive for very long. If you're buying them for an active work/recreational use, I'd buy something else.

Recommended to relieve metatarsal pain.

This was the most helpful for metatarsal pain of several inserts I bought. Unlike other inserts, these Dr. Foot inserts have raised areas that serve to offload pressure from the metatarsal area of my feet. Will buy again for other shoes.
