Defective on arrival

I have had another Node 304 for over 4 years. I recently decided to upgrade my computer but I wanted the same case. I bought another one and unfortunately it has two faulty parts. As you can see from the photos, one of the front fans doesn't spin unless the fan controller is set to medium speed and the case's built-in power strip isn't working. design to see if they replace the fan and cable, in which case I will change my rating. But at the moment I can't give more than 3/5 stars to a product that consists of two different parts.
