Velcro strap broke just outside return period, zero customer support
While it was functional, the brace provided decent comfort. However, a major flaw was durability. The velcro straps that are used to hold the tension/tightness on the belt just failed, wore out after few weeks of minor usage. This obviously renders the brace useless. It appears to be an issue that other reviewers are having. unfortunately for me (and fortunately for the seller), my brace malfunctioned soon after the return period. Seller was contacted, but my emails were ignore. I do not recommend this product.
- Much better than my previous brace. This is very adjustable and cold/hot pack hits the spot.
- Can cause skin irritation with extended use
