This was my second ROKR marble machine to assemble and it assembled well just follow instructions.I knocked it one star as the motion on this model is focused on the lift and just one marble at a time moves which makes it a less "action packed” compared to the Marble Parlour which has many marbles in play at once.

Although it was fun putting it together, the lift coaster does not work. The balls are not lifted high enough to enter the ramp. This is due to the first part of the ramp not fitting properly. It is too high for the ball to fall into and it cannot be lowered as it fits into a tab and can only be pushed down so far.A couple of other ramp pieces do not fit properly either. Beautiful puzzle. My teen spends hours building it, keeps her off devices and teaches her about engineering.It’s taking her about 3-4 days to finish it, but she only works on it until it becomes frustrating, then walks away for a while.Each piece is laser cut to perfection! Bought this as a gift for my 9yo son. He needed some help putting it together as the wood is a tight fit so it holds together (good thing) just not super easy for his little fingers. I ended up breaking a couple pieces that were a little too narrow, but it created some laughs about my strength b/w my son and I. Overall a good product with tiny little nuances that need to follow the directions EXACTLY or you'll end up having to make slight adjustments. I'd buy it again!

After being very tedious and complicated to put together, it is not sturdy enough to work properly. very disappointing

Received as a gift from family. With careful attention to detail and physics, we completed the structure without any issues. Pieces popped out appropriately, although some of the smaller pegs took a screwdriver to chisel out with care. Works well. Pretty awesome really!

As in previous similar models from ROKR, the instructions are very clear and the parts are very precise. At the completion of this one, I had several small numbered pieces left; presumably ones that were felt to possibly break. Here are a few possible improvements:1. Page 12 - part D36 left end does not connect to part D29, at this point.but finally does on Step 16, page 14. Maybe a note to advise of this, would be helpful.2. I ordered 4 different kinds of puzzle but somehow I received one identical product. By the time I discovered, it is too late to return. Oh well, check the items upon receipt.

I am so frustrated. got to the end and was installing part A-7 and it tension caused it to break. glued it together and added some support to the bottom, reinserted it and it broke elsewhere. And I can't find where I can buy replacement parts.

I got this as a gift for my 11 year old daughter and she loves it. She did need a little help here and there, but she is very mechanically inclined and this was an amazing gift. I'll certainly get other similar products in the future.

I bought this thinking it would be fun to put together. Same of the parts are very thin, about the size of a toothpick. And will break very easily. The directions don't always make sense, making you wonder what they mean.If you have the patience of Job, and the steady hands of a surgeon, you may enjoy this.

I USED THIS AS TIME EATER DURING THE COVID. TOOK ABOUT 10 HOURS. TAKE YOUR TIME, IT'S NOT A RACE. THESE ARE HIGHLY ACCURATE LASER CUT PIECES. THE PIECES COME OUT OF THE SHEET EASLY. THE WOOD IS 1/8" PLYWOOD THAT IS VERY STRONG. I GLUED MANY OF THE PIECES TOGETHER TO ADD A LITTLE WEIGHT AND RIGIDITY ALTHOUGH IT'S NOT REQUIRED. This is a fun thing to build, only problem I am missing parts. I am short a P4 and a P5, and can find no support number. I will just get some round stock I can use, but still this was not a cheap kit to come up missing parts. I do not want to return it, I am half way in to the build! Just frustrating I am stuck until I can make my own rods to replace them. Maybe this is why a lightning deal? Thanks!

This is really fun to build and use. I’ve been recommending it to everyone as a quarantine activity. Clear instructions, engaging, and nice finished product.

We had completed a few puzzles during quarantine and were looking for something more challenging. We completed all 4 marble runs and couldn’t be happier. My wife, my teenage daughter, and myself spent about 4 hours each.The directions are user friendly and the wood is very sturdy. Be careful to take your time and follow the directions.

Not as good as some of the other ROKR kits. Like other reviewers, the elevator cradle had a hard time making it up to the top. Ramps were not as well designed as a similar structure I built from ROKR. This kit needs some retooling.
