This opener has a major design flaw. The plastic insert in the corkscrew head, which is intended to center the corkscrew head over the wine bottle opening/cork, is too small in diameter and fits too tightly in the wine bottle opening. As a result, the plastic insert catches on the neck of the bottle and slides directly out of the opener head with each use. I then have to detach the plastic insert from the top of the bottle and put it back into the head of the corkscrew, but of course it pops off every time I open the bottle. This insert needs to have a slightly larger diameter so that it doesn't pull out and get stuck at the top of the wine bottle every time it's used.
