The most recent interaction I had with TEKCOPLUS's customer support was quite aggravating. I had a query regarding one of their items, so I emailed an inquiry about it. However, I never received a response to my question. When I called their support line, I was put on hold for a considerable amount of time before being disconnected from the call. Although I appreciate that businesses might become busy at times, the fact that TEKCOPLUS did not make an effort to assist me was disappointing. As a direct consequence of this, I ultimately decided to take my company elsewhere.
