Great product in Vitamins, Minerals & Supplements

I have already ordered these 4 packs twice. I've heard that L-lysine is great for keeping herpes in the family to a minimum and it turned out to be true, especially last winter. The capsules are also easy to swallow. I would recommend. Update: I have been using this product for a number of years now and I can safely say that cold sores are virtually non-existent with daily use. Highly recommended!
