Review on Uxcell Grinder Wrench Spanner Makita by Pavel Craig

Revainrating 3 out of 5

I would have preferred a better wrench

I bought these wrenches to remove and install the sanding pad on my Dayton angle grinder/buffer. I inherited this tool so I have no idea what happened to the original key and there is not enough space to use the default key. I just wanted something inexpensive as I don't use this tool often. Well it was cheap that's for sure but still very poor quality even at a low price. I'm not sure why there were two very thin keys versus one slightly thicker one, but I suspect it has something to do with the Makita coffee grinder he made. Per? To be honest normally a pad shouldn't be that tight so it doesn't take much to remove it but still. In the end it did its job since I was able to connect them together. I recently bought a similar wrench to remove some of the brush heads on my air grinder and the quality is much better for about the same price - really no comparison. If you are looking for a well-made tool that can withstand a certain amount of torque and last a long time, you should look elsewhere.

Pros
  • Hand Tool
Cons
  • Drill Kit
