Overall a good product
I'm in my early 30's What I love about this product is that it tastes similar to other leading whey proteins the market. Mixes about the same - I still have clumps when using a spoon rather than a mixer. The day after my workout I feel great - I'm still in pain but it's not that bad and it doesn't last. It annoys me that I'm halfway through the mix and the measuring cup is still up. I used a large spoon to try to feel for it but couldn't find it. So I'm pondering how much mixture to put in my cup. I've never had this problem. But I would buy again if the price stays competitive.
