One of the best point of sale solutions

These trays from Ernst are one of the best point of sale organization solutions I've found. I didn't use different colors for the SAE/metric just because I was organizing, but for labels it doesn't matter. There are a number of things I really like about these rails and trays that suit my needs YMMV. You can mix and match different sized discs on each of the rails, and you don't have to move them all to switch them. one or two in the middle. You can simply remove them anywhere on the track and install another one. The release button works great and keeps all rails in place. Two of the three side rail shelves fit perfectly front to back. my 26" Craftsman top drawer, which gave me six slides in this drawer. I only use 13" slides, but you can fit 18" slides in this drawer, probably with 2" extra. - The twist lock holds tight enough - whether the rails are attached to the tray or the rails are rolling around in the tool bag you can fully attach the clips to either edge and it doesn't affect tray release I have ALL my 1/4" sockets onto one rail (23 of them, SAE and metric) and it's all edge to edge, which saves a ton of space. The stickers seem to stick quite well and it's great that they fold over the edge as most of the large rosettes cover the top of the label. And with the ability to move clips from rail to rail, you don't have to worry about re-marking. Just keep the same socket on the same terminal. Since the labels are self-adhesive and not pre-printed on clips, it doesn't matter if your slots have gaps. Simply stick on the desired labels. They come with a full set of labels for each rail supplied. A few things I don't like (but ultimately don't matter that much). - Because it's a plastic clip on top of the rail in the compartment. , it takes up a little more space vertically than just another rail or one of the Ernst rails alone. My set of deep rosettes do not fit in the trays in the box I use - the same set fits vertically in the same box with the Craftsman plastic rail. You can see from my photos there are a couple of large candle holders that fit. The trays leave decent gaps between the rails, which is great for large outlets (like the 34mm 1/2" outlet in my photos) but isn't needed for smaller things. Just a compromise for better overall organization. Without trays I could probably fit 7-8 rails in the same space but they hang around a bit more and don't stay in place. The twist lock system is good, but it can be difficult to get used to and make sure the outlet is on. correct every time. All in all very satisfied - also with the possible loss of space. Just reorganized my drawers. I had a few random sets in different drawers that now sit on rails in these trays, so it's probably a purge.
