never mind I do not regret the purchase!

It's ok for the price. The chair and its parts are not tightly assembled so there is a little creaking and the armrest moves side to side a little, but that's not a problem for me. The pillow is wide and thick so when I had to spend 6+ hours with a heavy load it did its job with no back and back pain. The ergonomics of this chair are not the best. So if you have back pain, I highly recommend getting a lumbar support if you are under 6 feet tall. The chair is adjustable enough for some level of comfort, but options are limited. The fabric chair cover is thick and seems made to last, but the problem is that the black cover will start to collect lint, which may require frequent decontamination depending on your OCD level. All in all a decent/decent chair for the price if you are on a budget and need a heavy duty work chair. Edit: Well, after about 6-8 months of heavy use, the seat cushion doesn't last much longer. It was starting to bother me in the back and back so I ended up buying a memory foam seat cushion but now one of the armrests is torn in half.
