I was hesitant to buy the chair online and didn't get a chance to try it on before buying. I just wanted a simple mesh chair with a very nice padded seat that didn't cost a fortune. When I go to Staples and Office Depot/Max, the seat padding is flimsy and firm after sitting for over a minute, even on the expensive options. It's ok for the price. The chair and its parts are not tightly assembled so there is a little creaking and the armrest moves side to side a little, but that's not a problem for me. The pillow is wide and thick so when I had to spend 6+ hours with a heavy load it did its job with no back and back pain. The ergonomics of this chair are not the best.
