I love these sheets. I struggle with perimenopausal night sweats and that's why I bought these sheets. Notice when they say "cool" they don't feel any cooler than other sheets when you go to bed. BUT, if you get hot while you sleep and you usually get wet sheets that just stay wet, then these sheets make a world of difference. I would compare them to moisture-wicking athletic wear. They dry very quickly and ensure a comfortable fit until the end of the night. (I used to have to get out of bed at 2am to get a towel to lie on or to change the sheets). I ended up ordering two sets and throwing away all the other sheets. They are also very soft - my previous sheets were high thread count 100% Egyptian cotton and I was worried they wouldn't be as soft - they are.
