Review on 🏋️ StrengthTape Kinesiology Tape - 5M Precut K Tape Roll - Premium Athletic Tape for Support and Injury Prevention - Available in Various Colors by Mitchell Watson

This tape is similar to KT tape and Rock tape, but definitely inferior. It does not stick as well as those other two brands. When I recently needed to use tape on my back, I had some of this left over from about a year ago when I was trying out different brands that I needed for arch support in my feet. It was okay for my feet, though it didn't stay on for more than half a day, and definitely not once it got wet. When I used it on my low back - more sensitive skin - the area it covered broke out in horrible, painful blisters within a day. I had used KT tape in the same place for the entire previous week without any issues before using the Strength tape, so I know it's just something about the adhesive on sensitive skin on this one.
