My New Running Shoes

I'm a relatively long (6'3", 205-210 lbs) runner. I train up to 55 miles a week and run half marathons every few months, in addition to a few shorter races during I am mainly an Asics fan and have used various models of Gel Kayanos for shoes, however after reading about the effects of heavy shoes during racing and realizing that Kayanos are very heavy I decided to go for lighter weight racing shoes I ran 13.1 miles in them. I chose the Zealot ISO as a reasonable compromise between a flat shoe and a heavily cushioned shoe. I'm very happy with them, I won't be running my first half marathon in them, until he's a month old, but I'm awaiting another PR.. At the moment I'm at the point where I can essentially n leave for races and some speed training and I keep an eye on offers for them so I have another pair ready when they need to be taken out of service.
