Helped my back A LOT!
I've had back problems for literally decades. I went to physical therapy and pain relief for this. Nobody helped in the long run. I dared and got it. OMG it hurt at first but after a few days the pain started to go away. I do a little bit every other day (same on both sides so everything is the same). Now I can touch my toes with almost no pain! It's been a few months since I got it so it's not a quick fix. But it works!
