Quality and customer service from Keptrim's online store are disappointing

I recently bought replacement parts for my car from Keptrim's online shop, and I was very dissatisfied with the transaction. The website was simple to use and had detailed descriptions of each product, but the parts I got were of poor quality. Despite purchasing the right things, I soon discovered that the parts were of poor quality and did not fit correctly after receiving my order. I tried to contact customer service for help, but I only received unhelpful and uncaring answers. It was obvious that their focus was on product sales rather than maintaining client happiness. Along with the subpar parts and lousy customer service, my purchase took longer than expected to ship and arrive. The entire procedure was tedious and time-consuming, and I ultimately had to contact a different business to have the defective components replaced. I am dissatisfied with Keptrim's online store's disregard for quality assurance and customer happiness because I am a product manager myself. I cannot endorse their goods or services to others, and I advise clients to shop around for automotive replacement components.
