To be honest I was surprised at how well this thing works. I didn't have the opportunity to camp, so I did a real test by shutting down my phone (iPhone 12 pro max) to 12% battery. I installed the solar panel in a sunny spot near my porch. I connected the iPhone at 9:06 using the included Apple USB-C to Lightning cable. After about an hour it was about 60% charged. Around 10:45 it got cloudy so the charge started to drop and after 2 hours my phone was at 80%. I truly believe that without the cloud case that came with it, my phone would have been fully charged in under 2 hours or instantly. If you're camping where you don't have electricity, this is incredibly impressive. Pairing this with a 10ft Lightning USB port means you can easily walk around with your phone while it's solar powered. For the price compared to other options here it's worth it and I would recommend it.
