Falling apart completely
This bag was fine while at work. But that only lasted about a month. Yesterday when I picked it up, it was falling apart at the seams, throwing away the expensive purse and $2,000 medical kit I bought to protect it. This, of course, happened just before the return window. I am very unhappy that I bought this.
