I really wanted these sheets. I have a Tempur-Pedic bed with Tempur-Pedic sheets that have deteriorated in 3.5 years and I spent $130 on it. I read a lot of great reviews about Abripedic Percale Sheets and decided to order them. The Tempur-Pedic sheets have a 16.5 inch pocket and I wasn't sure how these sheets would fit, but they fit very well. I washed them last night and slept in them for the first time. Oh god I love these sheets. fresh and not scratchy as I read from other comments. No, they won't have a satin feel, but if you like the feel of a fresh sheet like you would in a good hotel, these sheets are what you need. I can't comment on how well they hold up of course, but these sheets certainly give the impression of a quality product. I don't know yet how crispy they will be after many washes, but I hope they stay just as crispy. The only criticism I have is that the top sheet could be longer. If you want to fold the top sheet over the mattress, the sheet is not enough for that. a little left to tuck under the mattress but not much. If the top sheet had been longer they would have been perfect.
