Once I braced the lower part and set a very heavy box on the bottom platform so it didn't sway when the cats jumped on it, I really love it and so do they. It's lovely when set up - pretty gray color, nice quality and interesting to watch them play. I though the boxes were too small at first for my big cats but they squeezed in and even take naps in them. The round tube connectors to each level are not wide or thick so when my 2 ragdolls (20 lbs each) leap to the topmost tower it will sway, but not enough to discourage them from playing king of the tower. I'd recommend this as long as you have some spare ottomans and heavy items to place on the bottom.
