Review on 🌬️ Rosewill RHPA-18003: Efficient 12000 BTU 4-in-1 Portable Air Conditioner with Remote Control for Single Room Use by Christina Potter

. I bought this device in June 5 months ago. The AC worked fine but now when we use it for heating downstairs near our door it doesn't work properly. If we go over 80 degrees it runs for a few moments then makes a loud buzz and won't turn off, we heard that from upstairs and had to turn it off. Also, some numbers on the display don't work now. In order to use the warranty for a replacement/repair they asked to ship it with us and pay the shipping cost! I've included the specs to get an idea of the cost and it costs 125.00 which is just over 1/3 the cost! I would recommend buying locally or going to another manufacturer who has a better return/warranty repair policy, perhaps this could be done locally rather than shipping. I work for a telecom company. I could only imagine how many customers would be upset that they pay so much for their product to pay more to have it repaired under warranty if we had the same return policy. We have worked with garages so customers are not left alone! NOT recommend at all
