I am nearly done building a new log home. On the front farmer porch we did log rails but I wanted something a little different on the rear porch. Plus, the custom log balusters are 6x the cost of these. I purchased 4 boxes of 25 each. I'm nearly done with the back porch and still have a few left from the 2nd box. I'll be using the rest on a small side porch. Anyway, these balusters feel very sturdy and they're super easy to install. I've only just installed them today, but my first impression is that I'm very happy with them. I got the 32.25" straight balusters.Update: Its been about 8 months since I installed these balusters. We've since completed building our log home. and we moved in back in September 2021. I'm super happy with these balusters. They look really nice and they are holding up great.
