Great for high tide!
I have tried many methods to deal with the annoying hot flashes I experience every day! After sticking your head in the freezer, this is by far the best solution. I just dip it under cold water, wring it out and voila! Immediate relief. After about 5 minutes it heats up, then I just pump a few times and it's cold again! I'm not kidding when I say I got white for my daughter's beach wedding! Not very fashionable, but hey! every port in the storm. π€·πΌββοΈ I wish it was a little bigger, but other than that it serves the purpose!
