This is great! I have three piercings in each earlobe so I like that the backs are small and don't interfere with each other. I leave them on while I sleep and have no problems. I mostly agree with what others are saying: they're great for sleeping (and generally don't get slapped on the back of the earring!), but they can be tricky to twist for the first time. I had to use pliers for some but this worked fine for me. The downside to this initial difficulty is that they stay fine unlike some of my screw-in earrings. However, I don't delete them very often; This process can be tedious if you change your earrings every day. Note: my ear is red in the photos because I touched it, not because of the earrings (which have been there for a while).
