Review on Enhance Your Aquarium with Marineland Eclipse Compact Replacement Lamp by Michelle Armstrong

Ordered this light for a Marineland 5 gallon corner aquarium. Pros: Nice colored light that brings out the colors of my fish and decorations. Disadvantages: Very short lifespan. I've had this light for five months and use it for a few hours about twice a week (my tank gets sunlight most of the day). It's already burned out. I am very disappointed that it took so little time, especially given its cost. The original light that came with the aquarium lasted for several years so I'm not sure why the same company didn't supply the same quality for their lights. Substitute.
