Review on Men'S Waterproof Backpacking Boots For The Outdoors by Michael Vargas

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Buy one size smaller than normal-very heavy boot

This boot runs large. I'd say buy one size smaller and if you have a narrow foot, forget it. its a wide boot but not bad for little bit larger than normal or a wide foot. They are really heavy. not for wearing all day , i wouldn't think. but they seem to be ok for the price.I'm skeptical as to how long they will last, however, i had purchased columbia boots for a lot more money and they fell apart. So i guess its just a roll of the dice. one suggestion is to put a sole pad in the bottom, (like a dr scholls) or something ike that. that will help fill the looseness. For this price I would suggest the weatherproof mens snow boot for either $39 or $59 or the crocs men all cast II snow boot for $75.

Pros
  • Waterproof design keeps feet dry and comfortable
Cons
  • The waterproof sealant may wear off after repeated use
