I picked these up as a replacement/upgrade for my kids on their twin beds and a pillow for guests. A tiny box arrived with a 2-pack which was very surprising. The pillows are basically vacuum packed, rolled super tight. Once they're allowed to expand they're very firm. Much, much moreso than my king sized "My Pillow" I bought a few years ago. The support is great, if that's what you need. But, for me these are a little more firm than I prefer. They make a nice body pillow or work nicely to lean back against for TV watching.
